Samsung s4 cannot charge while the phone is switch off topic

My samsung galaxy s4 is not charging the phone while switch off, my mobile turn on when i plug in the charger without pressing power button.. Recently i updated to 4.4.2 roms hassan rom.. Anyone please give me solution...........
