[Q] Dell Venue Pro 8 - Set "Sleep" to Never? topic

Hi All,

I recently purchased a DVP8 and I love this thing. Problem is, it suffers from wifi issues in that once it goes to sleep, the wifi automatically goes to "limited" and I need to retoggle the wifi setting to get it connected. I've tried all kinds of fixes - uninstall windows updates and reinstalling drivers, but to no avail.

So I basically said screw it, and set "sleep mode" to never on the power management option, and no more wifi issues. Seems like the wifi doesn't reactive properly when coming out to sleep mode. My question is - will this damage the tablet in the long run? In terms of battery life, I would think the main factor is the screen on time. I can just turn the screen off with a tap of the power button. Is there really that big of a difference?

[Q] Never managed to access the Internet topic

Hi I have had my Samsung GT-S5830i for a few months now but have never managed to access the internet other then through Wi-Fi at home. Furthermore I have never been able to connect to any free Wi-Fi away from home say in a pub. Is there something in settings that is preventing this?
I am with Giff Gaff that uses the 02 network.
Any help would be appreciated.

KK MotoG reaches 100% but never FULL topic

Hi in android 4.3 the battery menu within settings showed full when reaching 100% after a minute or two. In Kitkat its being says charging 100% for the last several hours but on lockscreen and quick settings its showing charged, anybody else have these issues?

i searched my problem in the xda and google , but didn't found any way to solve mu problem !

i was on 4.3 N9005OJVDMJ4 ... so i heard that 4.4 is out ... i was excited , so dowloaded the 4.4 ( poland : N9005XXUENA6_N9005OXXENA5_XEO ) and flashed on my phone ...

now , everythis is working , but i have problem when my sim card that never had before on previous 4.3 N9005OJVDMJ4

when i insert my sim car and restart my phone , an error apear at the start com.androin.phone has stopped !!! the i press :" ok" and everything is working

i tried wipe everything cache , daalvik , data ... re flash , clean install ...

but the error still exist . i need to know that what is your suggestion ? does it related to new region 4.4.2 ( N9005XXUENA6_N9005OXXENA5 ) cause my previous was ( N9005OJVDMJ4 ) ?

if i wait and to my original region 4.4.2 out , i can flash that and the error will be gone ?

i also tried a custom rom 4.4.2 based on N9005XXUENA6_N9005OXXENA5 and the problem still persist :( :(

[Q] usb 3.0 never works topic

hi everyone!
its been a while since i have posted here :) [was lost in the apple wilderness for a few years]
i have an n9005 and my laptop is samsung 5 series ultrabook with windows 8.1 64bit running, this lappy has one usb 3.0 port
i have never managed to connect the note in 3.0 mode, this happened only once by accident when the phone also notitifed me that it is connected in 3.0 usb mode but never after that.
the usb 3.0 port charges the phone fine but does not show it as been connected to the computer, not in device manager or anywhere else, 2.0 works fine.

ill be grateful if anyone can shed some light on this for me, apologies if im breaking any rules!
