Clean master installation problem topic

Hello, i always get a "-24" error when trying to install clean master. I was able to install and use that app before. But then, my SD card broke.. I changed to a new sd card. And i was able to install all the apps i had before except clean master. While installing. I always get that -24 error.

I hope someone could help me with this. I really find that app useful.

[Q] Dirty Flash vs Clean Flash topic

So I'm pretty sure I know the difference between clean and dirty flashing (for a clean flash you wipe /system and /data, for a dirty flash you wipe nothing, maybe cache and dalvik). But my question is, how do I know which one to use and when? Is dirty flashing only for updates to your current ROM, and nothing else? Specifically with the unofficial Cyanfox KitKat ROM, can I just dirty flash each nightly?
