[REF] New Android 'Sticky' Forum... topic

Hi there guys....
I'm here to introduce a new sticky forum where you can find many/any sticky forums link or reference. Now you don't have to go all through different forums and search it, just go through forum.

VPN Sticky Notification topic

So I'm running a VPN (through the system settings) and I hate that there is a little key on the notification bar and a persistent notification on the shade reminding me that I'm connected.

Does anyone have a clue how to get rid of this? If it requires root, I have that. I'm running ViperOne 4.3.0, which is a KitKat, Sense 5.5-based ROM.

For some apps that do this, you can go to the apps list and disable notifications. Since the VPN isn't really an "app," I can't find one that I can do this to.
