[Q] [Help] Can't turn on wifi android 4.3 topic

Hi, i have problem when installed from old rom v13 to phoenix rom 16.7 in here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2060389
I can't turn on wifi when installed (although try with another rom)
and wake up lag...
Can you help me :|? thanks for read and sorry for my bad english :o
