Note 3 launcher [4x5] and weather widget required. .!!! topic

Hai guys,
I want Galaxy note 3 launcher with 4x5 grid on app drawer. 4 columns and 5 rows. I searched alot, but didn't get it. And also new weather widget from note 3. If anyone find it, then pls post here. :)
