Not really looking for a help or fix, I'm just wondering if anyone has been having this issue.
So recently (the past few months) when I throw my Nexus 4 on the charger it doesn't charge. Until I turn it off, then I get the battery charging screen. Then turn it back on and it charges fine. But if it's on, and I plug it in, nothing happens. It won't even react. It's becoming more of an annoyance rather than a huge issue. I've factory restored it, and it gets better after, but it then the issue comes back slowly.
