[Q] Icon pack + Cataclysm? topic

I'm loving Cataclysm (plus Franco and ART), but I'm intrigued by various icon packs. Are there any risks or downsides to using an icon pack in addition to a custom ROM? If not, does anyone have any icon pack recommendations?
