How do I update software on a rooted Note 3? topic

I have a rooted Sprint Samsung Galaxy note 3.

my current Android version is : 4.3

Build number: JSS15J.N900PVPUBMJ4


I received a notification for an update but since my device is rooted, I can't do OTA updates.

so my questions are; Is it worth going through the trouble of updating, and if so, how do I go about doing it???
