PSP graphics issues topic

I bought a Droid 3 a while ago hoping to use it to play persona 3, When I tried to use ppsspp 9.6 on stock, all I got was black, so I tried getting cm9 on it, when I use cm9 it runs flawlessly, at the cost of my camera and notifications, right now I have steeldroid 5.6 with the 2.6 android kernel, cm9 has 3.0 kernel, is there anyway I can get p3 and my camera. I have already tried cm10, cm10.1, aokp, cm9, all of those can run persona 3, The ones that couldn't, dark droid, stock, gummy, steeldroid. I can upload a video showing whats going on if you need me to.

I currently using tickle my android to get the framework-res.apk, but i can't get the systemui.apk. should the framework-res.apk be enough to fix all the above problems? thanks for your help.
