[Q] Note 3 launcher with Magazine topic

I do not have this device, but when I did play around with it, I did enjoy the launcher with the Magazing UX. Is there any way I can get this on my device (HTC One) via some kind of port?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

After what happened with Google telling Samsung to change the magazine ux and stuff do you think we will still get the update cause I think they are going to change the ui again.
