[Q] Wakelock Issues topic

Hey guys, I'm having some wakelock issues.
I run greenify on draining apps and have some unused apps/processes frozen, but still have these issues.
So my questions are:

1) Could my battery drain be wifi/3g related? sometime it seems so, sometimes not.

2) Are these immense amounts of wakelocks normal? Audiomix could possibly be because of broken mp3 songs, have them already checked but not deleted. but i didn't even listen to music on this battery cycle.

3) WLD seems to lack some processes. What could cause it to not display the missing ones?

[Q] Nfc Service wakelock topic

Whenever I check Wakelock Detector, I see "Nfc Service" on the list (com.android.nfc). It's not major -- phone's been up and running off the charger for a little more than five hours, NfcService:mRoutingWakeLock is showing at 0.4 s/x54.

NFC is unchecked in Settings.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

[Q] Baseband xmm wakelock on CM10 topic

Hi, I rooted my phone and installed CM 10.1.3 (stable) and Werewolf kernel, but I'm still having problems with baseband_xmm_power wakelock. And I noticed that the phone is much warmer than it was before
I attached software information.
Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

Slimport Wakelock topic

I have searched all over the web and haven't found this pop up that much, I can't find anything in particular that could be causing this wakelock. Once the wakelock starts, it keeps the phone awake 100% of the time. Running CM11 M2 snapshot with various kernels (stock CM, Hells core, AK at the moment) and it appears with all 3 kernels.

I'm running BetterBatteryStats (doesn't show anything aside from pointing out it's 'Slimport Wakelock' and Wakelock detector doesn't even register 'Slimport wakelock' and doesn't seem to show anything rogue....

Any help?

[Q] [I9500] [4.3] GPSD Wakelock topic

Hello all,

I'm having this recurring issue and I can't seem to solve it:
My I9500 S4 isn't going to deep sleep due to a GPSD Wakelock (as reported by BetterBatteryStats)

ROM: Wanamlite 3.9 JB 4.3
Kernel: Perseus

Things I've tried to solve it:

1. Froze (in Titanium Backup) most apps that uses network connectivity.
Haven't frozen Email (exchange corporate account from work) or gmail yet.

2. Deactivated all location settings.
No GPS, No Wirelss Network location, no location access to google apps, etc.

3. Wiped cache and dalvik cache
This solves the issue temporarily, but it returns within a few hours.

4. Factory Reset, Full Wipe and SD Card Wipe
Didn't solve a damn thing.

I'm attaching my BBS dumps.

If anyone has any idea about this, please help. I'm out of ideas :(

Thanks!

Wakelock mystery! topic

Sup!

So my phone (GSM Galaxy Nexus, running 4.4.2, CM11) has been draining on battery pretty fast. Tried figuring out what it was - used the default battery status app - this showed up: Battery Status. That couldn't be normal, and it wasn't. Android OS was keeping the phone awake all the time: Android OS.

Fired up BBS: Kernel Wakelocks. I could use this, I thought. However, as it appears, Partial Wakelocks appears to be near-empty!

So what is causing these ghostly wakelocks? I'm currently flashing to the 23rd of January build, but it has been appearing for quite a while now, so I don't think it's the ROM version. (Running 16th)

[Q] Battery Issues - baseband_xmm_power wakelock topic

Hi and thanks for reading.

I have the issue where the baseband xmm power wakelock keeps my phone from sleeping much at all. I have read so many threads and information on this but still am not any wiser.

This happened on stock as well as CM 10.2 and Viper X 4.0.6 which I am on now. As soon as I disable wifi even without rebooting the wakelock massively reduces. To reproduce this issue all I have to do is turn off the screen and the wakelock counter will go up. As an interesting point when I do disable it the deleted wakelocks show a very high number in BBS but my battery life is tons better.

I have tried all the normal things like disabling/uninstalling/factory resetting. Am I correct in believing this is to do with the kernel or wifi driver? If so which do you suggest I try or what can I do about it. I don't think it is my router as it happens at both work and at home.

Any advice appreciated. This has taken up so much of my time and is so frustrating.

Thanks
