Reflashing stock FIRMWARE topic

Deleted a few apps' with root uninstaller by accident on the phone, been trying for a few days to fix it, though failed. Thinking about re flashing the official firm ware. And hopefully getting the phone back to it's fully working order again.
It's currently running on 4.1.2, phone rooted, using I think a stock ROM though have CWM.

As said I want to reflash 4.1.2, this webpage (below) is about updating to 4.1.2. Can I still use the links/info on this web page? Its this relevant? http://www.android.gs/update-galaxy-...-4-1-2-xxamd6/

Or maybe members could be so kind to add a better link with instructions how to reflash my phone on stock firmware.?

I hear that 4,2.2 has some minor issues? So guessing 4.1.2 is a better?

[Q] Missing Status/Notification Bar (Even after reflashing!!) topic

My status/notification bar is gone. I can't get any notifications. The best I get is a vibration. Holding the home button does nothing anymore. I'm at my wits end with this problem!!!

I'm running CyanogenMod 10.1.3 Stable. I've never had this issue before, and I'm unaware of any apps that could be causing this issue. Unlike the 3 threads above, reflashing the ROM, or SystemUI.APK does nothing to fix this issue. I've tried clearing the cache/dalvik cache, as well as fixing permissions. I've done everything short of a factory reset/Data wipe.... I really don't want to have to do that though...

Any ideas?
