[Q] Charging on AC but shows USB topic

Initially my phone started to charge slow since a week with the original charger and cable came with N4 in the box. I googled and got to check in the battery settings as if it shows AC or USB. Its showing USB and charging quite slow. I flashed yesterday factory image after deleting everything but still it shows as USB.
One more thing, when i connect the charger it shows AC and after a few seconds it says USB and sticks to it.
After connecting the charger it acts as the charger is powered on and off 3-4 times whereas i dont turn the power off/on.

Any help.

[Q] Flashing splash screen (shows image of snow) topic

So I was trying to flash the splash screen when I accidentally didn't rename it from the png file to an img file. Now whenever I boot the phone it shows an image of snow and then the bottom is black. I'll try to take a picture later, but did I mess up my phone for good? When I try to flash other .img files it still gives me that snow/black splash screen.

Kindle HDX 7''. Shows as Android ADB Interface topic

Hi guys,

Firstly please accept my apologies if this has been answered already. I have searched the forum, and the Internet, and cant find specific instructions, or a guide that I can follow with any success.

I stupidly deleted system files from my Kindle, but now I have purchased a fastboot cable, and I'am able to get it into fastboot mode.

I have correctly installed the ADB Drivers, and the device is now recognized by my Windows 7 Device Manager. It shows 'Android ADB Interface'.

I would guess that I need to flash the entire Kindle, but I'm unsure of how to do this, as I cannot seem to access the device at all. It currently loops when booting, giving me no time to see it as external storage via My Computer.

Please would someone more versed in this, guide me specifically through how to get myself back up and running again? I would be forever greatful.

I have SDK and JDK installed, but do not have the knowledge I need to learn how to use them properly.

[Q] OTA update always shows im using the latest fw. topic

hello, i want to ask, why did my S4 when i try to OTA update it,, it always showing that i have already installed the latest update,
while when i plugged it and open the KIES it shows MK8 update available.
but i cant download if it was from KIES or ODIN, cause of the firmware size and my monthly limits.
it happens when im trying to update to the 4.3 from 4.2.2 as well, i have to bring my s4 to the service center.. but they installed the DXUEMJ5 not the MK8 (latest version) anyone can help?
i've never rooted my s4 or install any custom rom and my device status is official
