Error when backing up with LG Software and TWRP topic

Hi,

I have an error to report, and I wanted to know if this error has anything to do with TWRP.
I tried backing up my phone with LG software. I have noticed that the phone restarts, and when it does, it goes to TWRP custom recovery.... I think because of the custome recovery I cannot backup with LG software.
Is this correct?

It's odd, but it makes sense, as I no longer have the original recovery.

Do you have this bug?
Or this happens only with me?
