[Q] Can you run a stock Android OS on ANY device? topic

I'm a noob, obviously.
But I have a simple question that I can't seem to figure out the exact answer to.

Is there a way to make my device run stock AOSP?
Or do you need to find a particular rom meant for your device?

My device is running Jellybean with touchwiz and I'd rather it run pure KitKat.
It's a low end device and I have not found ANY custom roms out there that are proven safe for it. There doesn't even have an xda forum for it.

I'm rooted, backed up, have TWRP, all that jazz. Just don't like the stock OS of my Samsung Galaxy Stellar (JasperVZW).
