C6906 flashtool error -- 1 topic

I have a telus c6906 and I am trying to get it to 4.3 with root using this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1aq9YTlfCgc) but I kept getting the following error message below in flash tool. I have tried different PCs as well with same result. Any help please!
