Droid RAZR Maxx Root with Latest Firmware? topic

I see that 98.72.165 looks like the latest and greatest version of the Droid RAZR. I'm looking for a used XT912 (Maxx) that I would like to get but I wanted to know if it comes with this version will I be able to root it? Sorry for the noob question.
