Help! not charging, discharge very fast.. topic

Hello my friends.

i have S3 4.3 , i have a serious problem:
charging take 10 hrs to fully charge, and discharge is very fast!!

before you post know that i did anything before asking your help -

1. i changed battery, and charger - dosent helped.
2. i fully wiped the phone - dosent helpe.
3. i dont have any wifi/gps/and other things on.

please help, i dont know what to do more.. thanks.
