My device charging very slowly topic

I'm on cm10 epinter my problem is that I leave it for about hour and a half in wall charger and it's only charge for about 60 percent I tried to switch with note 2 charger but still the same on usb it can take up all night and I wake up to find it 70 or 80 percent I tried battery celebration also wiped battery status my celebration is accurate is there anyway to fix that?
