noise when play spotify in 4.4.2 CarbonRom topic

hi all,

did anyone have same problem like me
*when playing spotify then try to open open other app or other song HH will make some noise it hear like annoying echo
im using HTC one S root with KK 4.4.2 Custom Rom

or maybe any advice for me to reduse that noise?
