[Q] Incoming call transfer topic

On behalf of a friend;

I have Samsung Mini S4 problem.
When i am busy with call on earphones and there is call coming in, the call i am busy with
goes to the loud speaker and the conversation goes ahead. No dropping of calls or anything,
just very annoying.

Can anybody please help?
