[Q] kiphone 5s problem topic

hello guys i have a problem with my kiphone 5s. a few days ago i received the phone but when i was inserting the sim inside the phone was stucking so i asked for help from the site that i bought it! they send me a new rom to flash it but when i flashed the new rom the wifi and the bluetooth died :-/ when i try to enable the wifi it says error i tried
factory reset
wipe cache

but bothing happened someone please help me! :crying:
