[Q] ROM Manager - Download Backups topic

I made a backup of my stock ROM via CWM (Rom Manager) and now I'm trying to download the backup via my web browser. I am able to connect to the backup download server but for whatever reason my backup is only 199KB's? I have tried downloading the file on two different computers, but the issue persists. I took a look at the actual size of the backup on my file explorer and it should be 2.35GB's.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
