[Q] Trying to get to the state of LOCKED (bootloader) but I'm stuck on RELOCKED topic

I'm on full stock (recovery and rom) but on my bootloader it says ***relocked*** and I want to get back to locked so I can use my JUMP thing from T-mobile. Any tips on what i should do to get to say ***locked*** instead of ***relocked***
