[Q] unable to overclock NVIDIA Tegra 3 AP37 beyond 1.3 Mhz please help topic

hi,

i have rooted my phone recently however trying to oveclock it with setCpu, but it wont clock beyond 1.3 Mhz even when clocked higher, not sure what the problem is would be great if someone could help.
