[Q] Zen ultrafone 701 Hd topic

Good Morning


I bought Zen Ultrafone 701 Hd on 13.1.2014 through Flilpkart and Received phone by 17.1.2014 ,the phone is working fine but there are some minor issues which would become more problematic in future if not rectified now , i just un boxed phone and no problem but after a week i came to notice that if my camera is opening fine but it is taking some lag or time to take first snap and after first snap every other snaps are coming very fastly as usual and when i got phone call then my phone ringtone is breaking in middle and my menu is opening lately and if i restart phone then everything is fine ,camera is working fine from first snap and ringtone is not breaking ,i want to fix this problem and posted on ZEN MOBILES FACEBOOK PAGE but no reply ,can anyone suggest how to solve this problem and i don;t want to restart phone frequently and does every phone of zen ultrafone faces the same problem ,help me fix this i guess this is because of the bugs in Android OS ,if i restore factory setting then will it get solved or not,give me your valuable suggestions on this problem.
