Status bar randomly changing to solid black topic

Any one else getting a black status bar or partially transparent instead of the fade to black? Happens randomly and I'll have to touch the bar to fix it. Attachment 2544340


Edit: stock launcher, no mods. Happens on any launcher and lock screen.
