"unfortunately, the process com.google.process.location has stopped"

Just popped up on a new CM11 nightly build.... Does this have anything to do with Gapps?
I've been using 1-11_GApps_Core_4.4.2_signed.zip which was working fine, yet I'm wondering if that's what's throwing this error??
