Android 4.4 KitKat TouchWiz topic

I was reading this article about the KitKat updates for the Note 3 and s4 and it also said that the Note II and S III will be getting the updates later on. My question is, when do you guys think we can expect custom KitKat/TouchWiz ROMs? I'm really curious as to how this new software will behave on our devices. What do you guys think?
