Anybody noticed these bugs with 4.4 aosp? topic

I'm just curious if this is just me. When I go into recent apps, often times it will only show a few apps, and I have to go in and out of recents a few times to get them all to show. Also, if I have automatic time zone set it always goes to est even though it's supposed to be PST, which doesn't make sense because Google detects my location correctly. Is it just me?
