OK, I will be going to the UK and want to keep my ATT Note 8.0, also I have already flashed a UK ROM on my 5110 with success.
Knowing that ATT version has locked boot loader and other differences... Kies for example won't allow backups of Applications, as there is no option for it. But the 5110 has the option available.
Is it possible to flash a UK based 4.2.2 ROM over the stock ROM?

I know I can root, but rather do it after new ROM has been installed.
