My phone then reboots and locks on the SprintSpark screen. I only have a mobile phone so I'd love to at least know "why" its doing it. I'm not un-rooted so phone is completely stock. Only other issue I've had was random reboots but it always worked. Please help me at least go into the Sprint store with a better reason than they would/could through out.
