Partitioning SD Card? topic

i am trying to use any of the apps to move to SD but am getting this message (could not locate SD-EXT Partition) although i have installed Dual Recovery TWRP Philz + CWM , I tried partitioning use TWRP but Then i get the message saying Failed any tips or something i did wrong

Note that im using Latest CM11 nighly C6903 (SD Card Sandisk Ultra 64 GB)
