[Q] Dual Sim HTC ONE Not getting 3G topic

I am on T-Mobile.

So I've had my 802w China Unicom dual sim for a while now, and I was never a big web browser, but on my recent vacation, the lack of 3G was infuriating. Edge was so slow, it was literally slower than a snail. I read on the internet that I needed the 1900 and 2100 bands, which are present on the Dual Sim, and in an area with excellent/very good coverage, I expected it to work on 3G, but it's always on edge, and yes I am using the Sim 1 slot.
