[Q] Gallery Dates are Not Sorted Correctly? topic

Hello XDA,
I have just finished copying over about 700 pictures from my old phone to my pc, and to my current phone (nexus 5). Most of the pictures sorted out nicely into the dates they were taken, but about 40 of them said they were taken today at the time I copied them in. Is there a way to tell gallery to re-sort images according to metadata or image name (the name is the date/time taken)?
