[Q] Launcher8 notifications not showing topic

is anyone using launcher8 because mine isnt showing notifications on tiles even with not notifications turned on. i used to have a galaxy ace and it would show the notifications. cant seem to get hold of the developer so i thought maybe someone could help with that. i am currently using the new viper 5.1.0 but also had the same issue with the old viper 3.1.4. once in a while they appear and then they go:(:(:(
