[Q] What prevents developers from porting Z1 roms to the Z1c? topic

I am looking at the Z1 development section and there are lots of roms for it, including a very nice GPe port from the Z Ultra. Since the Z1c is supposed to be almost the same thing as the Z1, how easy would it be to port Z1 roms to the Z1c? If it's indeed easy, we'll have an avalanche of roms to choose from, which is great. Would the porting process be difficult?
