How to install
- Download latest nightly and gapps ( LINK )
- Extract boot.img and flash it via fastboot
- Boot cwm
- Wipe data
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Install rom
- Install gapps
- Reboot

For updates,it's the same procedure,but you can also don't wipe data (which will erase all your apps)
