How to install :
- Extract boot.img from zip and fastboot flash
- Boot into CWM
- Wipe data,cache,system and dalvik cache
- Flash ROM
- Flash GAPPS (4.4.2) http://d-h.st/17e
- Reboot

If have superuser issues
flash in recovery http://download.clockworkmod.com/sup.../superuser.zip
