Totally no telephony on any CM ROM topic

Hi,a try searching but nothing for me.In stock ROM 2.3.6 my defy+ is ok.But on ANY CM that I have tryed(CM 10/10.1/10.2/11) it have telephony for a couple of minutes after fresh instalation(Wipe everything) and them black screen after dialing or normal dialing but no voice on both sides.Mobile data is working but so so slow only on 2 g?! I thing that is something wrong with basebands and try to switch them.But I had two Defys in the past and it worked on band Central Europe 3.4.2-145.In Rom Manager my Defy is named Umts Jordan that confused me.Im in Europe Bulgaria and UMTS is not for here.Maybe need to flash diferent radio but how?
