Got an unlock code for my D801 & used the 2945#*801# dialer code and then entered the network unlock code that unlockio sent me. And it said success and rebooted. so then I turned the phone off, removed the a Sim and inserted the new prepaid TMobile one I bought. Still didn't work and when I went to try the other code they said to enter and now every option in that menu says "your phone is not personalized" so I can't enter any numbers .
