video lag topic

hi guys, i have been having this issue with the s4 about a few days now, and is very annoying, everytime i play a video from anywhere else except youtube, they lag and stop playing over and over, i have to pause it and play it multiple time so the video could play, it does it on wifi and on 4glte. Again never had a problem with this even on 3g. it specially does it playing videos on Facebook, Vine, tumblr

anyone had this issue before, i try searching for anything similar but couldnt find anything
