Converting Boost Mobile Moto G to GPE? topic

I've seen many cases where people have converted their Moto G into a Play Edition. However, those cases were always with the GSM unlocked version.

Is it possible to convert the Boost Mobile variant Moto G into a Play Edition?

In all of the guides, it says to flash the GPE modem, but wouldn't that break CDMA data?

Data shuts off every due date (Boost) topic

So last month, on my bill's due date (the 10th), my data (3G and 2G) completely shut off for almost a whole day (not voice, not SMS). Nothing would turn it back on, until it came back on its own. Now it's the 10th again and I've had no data all day. I am flashed over a Sanyo Incognito. So I try to call Boost and tell them the situation. They want me to call back from a different number because they insist that I exhaust every single option, as though I don't know how to troubleshoot my own phone. I call back from my phone again, and ask for a profile update (I have tried manually, it is impossible over wifi). She tells me she can't do anything, until I am talking to her on another phone. I ask her again nicely "can't you just force a profile update right now, or after I hang up?" she responds"...no, I can't".

So it looks like my only option is flashing a stock ROM, entering DIAG, and re-programming cellular data (I am not even sure this will fix it, the problem seems to be on their side). Any other thoughts, that could perhaps make my life easier? I would greatly appreciate it.

Sprint to Boost mobile? topic

So I just got a G2, and it's on the sprint network. I want to move it to boost so I can use it there. I literally don't know much of anything about unlocking, and I've tried to understand some guides but I couldn't. Is there like an easy, dumbed up guide I can read or can someone show me how this can be done?

Ive got the omnirom 4.4.2, OC to 1.4 GHZ
I also created an SD Swap File of 1 GB
What else could I do? What about ART?

ROMs on Boost Mobile Moto G topic

Hello everybody, I'm currently in the process of buying a Boost Mobile Moto G.

Every time I'm buying a new phone, I always check xda for it's development status before I get it.

When browsing the development forums of the Moto G, I notice that the ROMs aren't labeled to work only on specific devices.

Does that mean that any ROM will work on the Moto G CDMA? Or must the rom be labeled for the boost mobile variant?

Setup / Boost Mobile topic

Hi all,

I am buying the Nokia Lumia 800 CDMA (new, unlocked, clean ESN) as a gift for a special lady :)
She uses Boost Mobile and I have no clue how could I set the phone up.
Can anyone please recommend a guide for doing so? I wouldn't mind paying for the service if someone wants to do this for me as well.

first off id like to state that i help run a non profit and we can no longer afford to pay our contract phone bill. we where given several boost mobile moto g's donated to us. but unfortunately boost doesnt have enough coverage for us while where out in the field. id like to flash them over to pageplus.i have a loose understanding of flashing and i was wondering if some one could let me know how to go about doing so. please keep in mind that we are a non profit and dont have the money to pay to flash these phones.

Okay so I figured I wasn't the only one.

I wanted to start a thread to compare every ones phone side by side. For example I am having problems whenever I flash a ROM I get stuck in "Roaming Indicator Off". On top of that MMS will not send or receive. I have read others and usually mine aren't the same for others. So lets compare what we have done to our phones.

My phone, unlocked bootloader, updated to 4.4.2 from ota, rooted, and recovery TWRP 2.6.3.2 with fixed touch.

What do you have?
Do you have the same problems?
Any fixes if so.

Im here seeking for help and advice on a rooted Galaxy Note 2 from Sprint Flashed to Boost mobile.

I wanted to know if there are any apps that can bypass a password/pattern lock?

Also if there are any spy or tracking apps that I can install on this phone, so that way I can get real time gps, view texts/calls etc remotely like this software from mobile spy dot com.

I dont want to shell out the money for something that I may be able to get for free from the app store.. so any help is appreciated.
