[Q] Notes from S note suddenly gone?! topic

Hi

I noticed a major issue while I was at work today.

I had a 6 hour long meeting, and as such took the better part of 8 pages of notes. I noticed that it kept saving here and there, and I saved a few times for good measure, not the meeting room didn't have internet access , but that's never been a big deal before.

when I got back to my office, I decided to see if I could make sense of the notes, to my utter horror , most of the notes I took today were gone!!!

I have it synced with evernote for good meassure, but even there I only have the first 2-3 pages.

Did I seriously mess up somewhere???

[Q] Editing Facebook Notes topic

Hello,

I wonder if someone out there had a solution, but i can't seem to edit any Facebook Notes. I have tried the Facebook app, but no way. I have tried different browsers (stock browser, Chrome, Firefox or Dolphin), but none that allows me to edit my notes. Everytime i try to edit an existing Notes, it's just an empty Notes. I can change the title though. I thought it was something with the flash player, but it's okay to show sites like Colbert. Any help? Cheers.....

[Q] Titanium backup and Lotus Notes Traveler topic

Hello. I am using Lotus Notes Traveler version 9 and it is using a random generated id as DEVICE ID.

I need to do a full wipe of my device after backing it up fully with Titanium Backup.
Do you know if restoring Traveler from Titanium backup will preserve Device ID without needing further autorizathions from my it dept?

[Q] Lotus Notes through Exchange on Android topic

I've got a Nexus 5 with Android 4.4.

My work is running Lotus Notes for email. The desktop software is bad enough, but the Lotus Traveler app on android is pure garbage.

Apparently the traveler server works with standard ActiveSync. I know this because people at my office have their email set up on their iPhones/iPads through ActiveSync. I can actually add my Lotus account onto my phone through the default email app using the Exchange setup. Everything seemed to work as it should at first. The app asked me to set a pin for my phone, which I did. The problem is that after a couple minutes I get a prompt saying my device pin has expired and all my Lotus account data will be deleted unless I reset my pin. This happens every few minutes even if I keep resetting my pin.

Anyone know of anyway around this? At the moment I'm forwarding all my work emails to my gmail account so that I can read them on my phone, but I can only reply from my gmail address, so it isn't ideal.

[Q] Nokia Lumia 925 & Lotus Notes Traveler - Attachments Problem topic

Hello, company wide we use Nokia Lumia 925 (Updated on latest version Lumia Black) and have company Email through Louts Notes Traveler 9 (Latest Version and fixpacks installed, Domino 9.0.1 64 bit, IBM Notes Traveler 9.0.1.0 Build 201312102121).
We are experiencing a very strange problem and maybe someone can help:

When I receive an Email with an attachment it apprears normally in my Lotus Notes mailbox & and also on my phone. When I answer to this email from my phone the attachment gets deleted out of the email that is in my Lotus Notes mailbox. The attachment is still shown on the email that i have on my phone but has been removed from my PC's client mailbox. When I look into the sourcecode of the email I see that the mail has been updated by the Lotus Notes Traveler Server.

I've attached some screenshots to this thread, maybe that helps understanding this weird problem.
