Nexus 5 - 17 hours talk time! topic

I read a recent article that made claims that our beloved N5's should be able to allow us to chit chat for yogi up to 17 hours!
Anyone ever got over 5-6?
Where do they get these specs? Is there an updated uranium battery i'm not aware of?

[Q] Battery Drain 50% in 12 Hours Idle topic

Moto G XT1032 high Battery drain

We have 2 phones both with the latest System software, No WiFi and Location setting on, display shuts down with a magnetic case.

Both have the same App's my wife phone has 4 added app's, mine has the same app's plus more.

My wife's phone was draining the battery very fast 50% at idle in 12 hours.

Checking the battery drain was showing System use of 50% and Keep awake of over 12 hours, Plus NO Included Packages Showing.

My phone was OK.

So ended up removing the 4 added App's, Forced Stop on all app's that I did think that where being used, turned off the Location setting and re powered the phone, after some 10 min's the phone was back to normal System use of 4% and now showing Included Packages.

Its still OK after 2 days, so what was going on, have since added the 4 app's and still OK.

The 4 Added app's are 1Weather, ES File Explorer, Alert Me and Tunein Radio all added from Google.

I recently updated my rom to Droidkang v18, http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2525627. Still running cyanogenmod 11, but for some reason whem I woke up this morning I had no service on my phone. I can't even contact tmobile to see if it is something on their end. Emergency calls only is all I see. Should I reset to factory settings and reinstall? Should I unroot and reroot? Ive checked the threads and haven't seen a post like this so I apologize if this has already been answered. I unfortunately can't remember which rom I had before this one, but it was running cyanogenmod 11.

Stamina mode only at 5 hours (100% charge) topic

Ok I just bought an Xperia Z1. Everything seems to work fine except I can not get the Stamina mode to increase to 6 days and more. I've seen people online (forums/reviews)getting it up to 15 - 20 days!

I basically I turned off everything. Stamina mode @ 100% charge is 5 days & 11 hours. If I turn the Stamina mode off.. Just 2 days and several hours.

Did I get a faulty battery? Any other settings I should know of? I haven't downloaded anything yet from the PlayStore.
