Odd issue -- after flashing, phone reboots to fastboot and loses custom recovery.. topic

So, I had to replace my HTC One.

The new one is 1.55 -- I am still S-On.

Today I flashed CWM 6043 using fastboot after unlocking the bootloader through HTC.

I flashed SuperSU.

I attempted to flash two of the newer roms (InsertCoin and Renovate) because I wanted Sense 6.

After successfully going through the flash, the phone reboots and goes straight back to Fastboot. If I go into the Bootloader and try to go into Recovery, it just kicks me back to the bootloader. I can then use fastboot to reflash CWM 6043 again and do it all over.

Same thing.

Every time.

Thoughts?

[Q] Locking screen - Loses Network Connection topic

Since installing Android 4.4 roms that are based on AOSP, every time i lock my phone, my network connection drops.

The only way to restore this is to go into settings -> Wireless & Networking More... -> Mobile Networks -> Network operators, and either automatically or manually select my provider. This has happened on 2 different suppliers (giffgaff(O2) and Three) so is definitely an error with the phone.

If I lock the screen again the connection is once again dropped and I have to repeat the steps above to get it back.

Is this an issue anyone has come across, if so please help, its led me to flash multiple different operating systems, change carrier, and now make my fingers want to take on my hair in a game of tug of war.

Phone loses call sound, needs reboot. topic

Hi.

I got an I9505 and having some issues with it.

It started when I was on "[AOSP] Official 4.4.2 - S4 Google Edition - Feel the Experience of Nexus" I keeped loosing sound when calling people and needed to reboot my phone to fix it, and it only worked for short period of time before I needed to reboot again.

I tried some wifi fix etc, but didnt work. So I flashed "OMN-I9505XXUEML6-20131228111854" But now the wifi isnt working.
I read alot of knox and to be honest its a jungle for me out there.

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction, I just want my phone working, either official room or a google play room.

Default Messaging App loses Contact Names topic

been awhile since I got on XDA

but I've been having issues with my Note 3
the Default Messaging App loses my contact names (it becomes all numbers) randomly

my Contacts are still intact if I look at the Contacts App
they are okay in my IM apps such as WhatsApp as well

the only way I can resolve this is to export my contacts, delete contacts storage and then import the contacts back again.

I'm on Note 3 MJ7 Rooted
