Must Root before Unlock? topic

Can anyone tell me basic about root and unlocking LG Optimus G E973?
How to unlock without unlocked code?
Is the word "unlock" and "unlock bootloader" the same?
In order to unlock the phone for free, do we have to root the phone?

My phone is super bricked....... every one must read............. topic

this is my 2nd post in xda............
yesterday i post about my super bricked phone................
no one is helping me............
i flashed wrong rom to my micromax s26..............
now my phone status is.....
1. when i connect the usb to my computer it is not recognizing like new hardware is connected..........{no notification coming on the pc screen.............
2. that when i connect charger to my phone boot logo is coming and it does not going... the only way to off it is removing the battery..............
3. when i try to boot in to fastboot the boot logo only comes.............
4. when i try to switch on phone vibrates and stuckzzzzzzzz at boot logo...
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz anybody reply if once i get new hardware is connected on my pc screen i know what to do after that.....................

Hi guys, I'm using CM11 mostly, DarkCM for now. I wonder about what people have or like apps as must have.

South Korea says bloat were must be able to be deleted. topic

Thought you guys would like to see this. Maybe the US can get on this. At least maybe the Samsung bloat were will able to be deleted in the future.
