Problem(s) with camera on 4.4 topic

Allright, i recently flashed 4.4 for my S3 4G and now i seem to have problems(?) with my camera. Okay, first problem with camera is shown in picture i attached to this post. Camera does focus, but when i snap the pic, it's blurry. This happens from every single distance. And yeah, camera work's well on 4.3
And to the second and last problem. I don't seem to have HDR in any rom which is 4.4? :confused:
So why is that? Thank's for help in advance!
