Hi there,

Since last year i have bought a samsung tab2 10.1 wifi only, i think the device is very slow. Especially on the touchscreen, it is not reacting very well. So i want to try a custom rom like CM 10.1

What steps must i do now, i want to backup my personal settings. Like email and facebook profiles, this can be done with KIES i've read?
I also bought a 32gb class10 SD card.

Is there a good manual or video instruction that i can use or follow?

yesterday on 25th I updated my LG G2 to 4.4.2 in India. After update Whatsapp and Google Chrome browser does not work on Idea 3G network but at the same time Facebook opens on 3G network.
Also on wi-fi both chrome browser and whatsapp opens. so what could be the solution?

Hello guys, i'm from Poland so sorry for my language. And this is the main reason of my problem. Because I've the Samsung galaxy s3 from AT&T . And my android version is 4.1.1. I want to go 4,3 but I can't because I need to be connected to AT&T network and for now I don't have that option . I've tried to use Samsung kies but it says that i've the newest version.. So how can i upgrade my version to 4.3 ? Is this even posibble ?

[Q] Unlocked Rogers Moto X having LTE problems on AT&T topic

I bought an unlocked Rogers Moto X to use on AT&T's network but after fiddling around with the APN settings I'm still unable to get it to connect to LTE. HSPA works fine.

I called AT&T and they said they were unable to recognize my phone on their network that's why it cannot receive LTE?

I'm not sure if the previous user had modified the software so I'm attaching the about phone here.

HTC One Verizon Problems with KK Roms topic

I have a Verizon HTC One. I have PAC Rom installed. It's the jelly beam version. I tried flashing the paranoid android kit Kat beta. After installing I would get no service completely and when going to settings and into networks, I clicked something and it said there was no sim card. so I went back to my backed up jelly bean PAC rom. then I tried installing the new PAC ROM (kit Kat) with the same results, no service, no Sim. ( note: when flashing it failed to flash the PAC ROM m7vzw, but it did flash just PACm7 with no specific service provider).

Any help? I'd love to use kit Kat

I opened the box. Turned my device on. Completed the setup. As soon as i was done, i got the 4.4.2 update. I heard its Got alot of Problems like SIM card not detecting. Weak WiFi Signals and also weak Network Connection.
Is this True?
Help please.

Problems with Pebble Charging topic

Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help me out here. Yesterday I noticed that after being fully charged my battery went down to 20% in one day. My battery usually lasts around 4-5 days even after 2.0.1. I figured it was a bug so I updated the firmware to 2.0.2 and tried to charge it. I then noticed that my pebble was hot and it was not charging even though the icon was there. After attempts to factory reset a few times, then troubles with reconnecting and reinstalling the pebble app I finally ran across someone on the Pebble forums that said his watch would not charge unless it was fully drained. So, I let the watch die and while it being off I plugged it overnight. I woke up and it did actually charge, after which I had a hard time reconnecting but eventually it worked. However, it does not seem like the problem is fixed so whenever I have to charge it again I will have the same issue.

Just some info for troubleshooting I suppose, I use a N5 with the latest pebble app and pebble fw 2.0.2. I tried charging with multiple outlets as well as two external batteries. I noticed that with the external batteries they don't even light up because it's not drawing any power from them. The charging icon does show up however theres no animation of the battery filling up. It reminds me of a laptop charger that is connected but not charging. I thought maybe something was wrong with the cable but since it did seem to charge after it died that's probably not the case. Anyway, thanks for reading and I really hope someone can give me a good suggestion.

how i can fix this?

please read the bottom part of what i wrote in the thread ,, basically i went back to 4.3 and it worked and fixed the mms but it took away my 4g so i thought it was easy enough lets try the 4.4 version of that rom and maybe have the bes tof both worlds and now as u read i cant do anything , but get into bootloader but anything i try goes back to a frozen htc screen , it will go to recovery it will show cwm for a few seconds go blank and back to htc screen frozen , i cant sync to the computer , but i can power down and charge it please help , thanks so much for the help

[Q] Odin Flashing Problems with Note 3 and Kitkat topic

I have rooted my Samsung Note 3 with a custom rom running Jellybean 4.3 with clockwork mod recovery. I have tripped knox due to rooting it. When Kitkat came out March 17th 2014, I wanted to upgrade and go back to official firmware with Kitkat to try it out. Since I have rooted my phone to run viper4android audio kernel I am unable to do an official OTA or Kies update. That said I went about downloading the new Bell Canada Note 3 firmware 4.4.2. I was told to flash a Jellybean Bell Firmware first before flashing the Kitkat version to avoid boot loops or other problems. Trying to do so with Odin in download mode ended in failure just trying to flash jellybean stock. Didnt get that far really. It showed a fail in the Note 3 screen to this effect in read this message (sw rev check fail : sbl1 fused 2 binary 1) . Odin didnt load like I am usually use to seeing by unzipping the firmware into a folder and adding it to the PDA field. After I loaded the .tar file (md5) file into pda it checked it and then told me its finished successfully but the next line it said CS Fail. After hitting start it said fail instantly in the odin window and on the Note 3 I did see a bar showing me the progress of install for 1 second until odin told me of the fail. Now my Note is in download mode and can't get past this problem to get it running again! Please any help would be greatfull to getting me past this problem and onto Kitkat or even back to Jellybean. Any other questions you may have I will supply you the info.

I can't use my external HDD in the LG G Pad V500 Stock, no root, with a USB OTG cable. Is a WD My Passport, 1Tb, formatted FAT32.
I tested them in my Moto G XT1033 and both are functional.

Problems with Roms.. topic

Hey guys. I have problem with.. I think every rom.

I tested alot of roms i think about 90% of project here and.. I have no idea why,but ANY rom doesnt work good.
One rom have problems with performence in game,secound have lags in UI,third have problems with camera etc etc

I havent a good rom what should work GOOD - some apps just works like crap and some works perfectly. What the hack is wrong with my phone?

Here are problems :
1. First thing is snapchat. NEVER WORKS GOOD ON THIS PHONE. This is just crap. Video recording never works good. in one ROM it wasnt even recording,in secound recording works but snapchat was sending a black screen or broken video,in third wide screen on this crappy app doesnt work... - i have alot of friends with android phones with simmilar CPU,RAM etc and for them everything work good.. IDK WHY. But they have pure stock ROM's without any root-s etc. Maybe that is the problem?
2. Secound : UI. at about 95% roms my UI was lagging as hell. I dont know why,just had like 5 Apps installed + stock and UI was lagging at every move. I cant even imagine for smooth UI at JB rom. ICS works not bad,GB works better.
3. Performance in games : only at Gin2KitKat games works close to perfectly. Games like MC4,GTA VC works good at 100-1GHZ. Only on this rom. Even when i try "GAMING" roms without any addon's like dialer etc "super-extra-smooth-rom"

What the hell is wrong?
I dont know,maybe too much flashing roms and kernels can "broke" phone?

I have secound phone (Sony LWW) and on this phone everything works just perfect. Every rom is really smooth and fast without any additional problems..

Problems on I9300 after updating to CM SNAPSHOT M4 topic

Hey guys,

I have been having problems with some CyanogenMod roms lately. My I9300 was working perfectly using one of the nightly CM 11 ROM's released in early March, until I installed the latest M Snapshot. From there on in my phone has gone insane.

From time to time, during the day the phone gets blocked without any apparent reason. My first thought was that has something to do with the RAM, maybe its getting low somehow, but no, that wasn't the case. Most of the time I have at least 160-180 free ram, usually more than that.

Anyway, then I thought maybe the problem was the installed ROM, so I did a re-install but still,with no effect. Then I downloaded 17th of march nightly ROM, wiped clean the cache and reset the phone. Still with no effect.

My next solution is: Download the newest nightly, currently 18th of March, install the latest Clockworkmod Recovery, which is 6.0.4.6., reset and wipe the phone again (backing of course) and install the latest ROM. What do you guys think?

Also, does anyone else has this problem after installing the latest M-Snapshot from the CM download page.

[Q] Problems with flashing my I9300 topic

Hello guys,
my name is Raphnika and I am complete new to this.
I've tried to flash my Samsung S3 with a custom ROM like the Pacman one.(KK 4.4 or something like that).
I was not able to install it on my device so I tried the Android Revolution HD ROM and that worked for me fine.
It seems like I am not able to flash any KK ROMs to my S3. I keep getting a Status 7 Error...
I googled it and tried many solutions but none of them worked. It might be to the fact that I am a complete noob to this.

[Q] Problems with Note 3 speaker topic

Does anyone else have issues with the SGN3 smartphone causing high-pitched like earaches after listening to music from the speakerphone?

I have been having a few ear aches - even with the volume being at 6-7 - just by listening to sounds either from the system or my playlist in my music papp and it is driving me crazy.

Does anyone else have this issue? It seems as if my Galaxy Note 3 is making a hidden High-pitch affect in the speakerphone that is causing my hearing to be painful after listening for only a minute or so.

Could it just be me, a defect with the speaker, or something else? Any settings that I can change to fix this issue (if anyone encountered it before)?

I really love my note 3 but I do not want to stop using it as much just because of this speaker issue (I cannot use headphones).

[Q] Problems while on the phone topic

Hi all. I'm using my Z1 withour rooting on .136 version.

While I'm talking on the phone, I noticed that there are some problems annoyed me quite a lot.
1. I couldn't enter the chat page on any messaging apps like whatsapp, line, etc.
but I could only enter the page showing the list of chats instead. (No matter I enter the app by launching them on home screen or by pressing the notifications)

2. the three buttons on the bottom have no response if I'm not on the call in progress page. Nothing happen when I pressed back button....

3. Tried using the Note small app to jot down some info while on the phone, the small app did launched normally but I couldn't input any thing in it since the keyboard is not popping up.

I am not sure whether I'm the only one having these problems or do I have something set wrongly? These problems are so frustrating since I couldn't reply to any message while I'm making calls until I finish my call...
I tried to factory reset my phone but end up these problems are still here.
